Dermal Filler
An injection treatment that fills hollow areas and enhances deficient contours to refine facial balance

ABOUT
What is dermal filler treatment?
- 01
Dermal fillers involve injecting hyaluronic acid (HA) and other materials beneath the skin to restore volume in hollow areas or refine facial contours.
- 02
Product properties and injection amounts are selected according to the structure of each area and the desired result, including the forehead, temples, under-eyes, cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, and chin.
- 03
Even small changes can alter facial proportions and appearance, so the right amount and placement for your facial structure matter more than adding more.
HOW IT WORKS
How does it work?
The ideal product properties and injection depth are adjusted to the skin thickness and support needed in each area.
The most commonly used HA fillers are biocompatible gels made by purifying and processing hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally present in the human body.
Products optimized for the elasticity, viscosity, and support required in each area are injected into tissue layers at precise depths.
WHERE IT WORKS
Dermis
Where texture and hydration are visible

Subcutaneous fat layer
Where elasticity and density are formed

Supraperiosteal and deep subcutaneous layers
Where facial contours are supported

Injection depth and layer are optimized according to the treatment area, purpose, and the physical properties (viscoelasticity) of the HA filler used.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Who is this treatment for?
- 01
For those seeking to add aesthetic dimension to features such as the forehead, lips, chin, and nose, and improve contour balance from the front and side.
- 02
For those seeking to reconstruct localized hollows caused by soft-tissue loss in the temples, cheeks, or under-eyes, or facial asymmetry caused by uneven volume on the two sides.
- 03
For those who need precise correction and smoothing of linear depressions deepened by tissue atrophy, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines.
- 04
For those seeking to address skin laxity and restore lost volume following rapid facial fat loss (Ozempic Face) after treatment with GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Wegovy or Mounjaro.

- 01Select HA properties and injection depths to suit each area
- 02Consider both volume in hollow areas and overall facial proportions
- 03Create a natural look with the right amount in the right places, rather than overfilling
RESULT JOURNEY
How things change over time
Volume and contour changes can be seen immediately after treatment, but swelling may make the treated areas appear fuller than they really are for the first few days.
Usually, after swelling settles in about 1–2 weeks, you can see a more natural final contour.
INEE APPROACH
How INEE approaches this treatment
- 01
We first assess facial expressions and proportions to identify the areas that actually need enhancement.
- 02
We plan the amount and placement based on product properties and the condition of the skin and tissue.
- 03
We aim for results that naturally bring out your original appearance and balance, rather than excessive volume.
RECOVERY & CARE
What to check before and after treatment
Before treatment
During consultation, tell us about any previous filler types, treated areas, or experiences with dissolving filler. Together, we review your current facial proportions and the scope for natural changes.
Immediately after treatment & recovery
Swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection sites may last for several days. For areas where swelling is more visible, such as the lips or under-eyes, allow enough recovery time before important events.
Aftercare
Do not press hard on or massage the treated areas, and avoid alcohol, saunas, and strenuous exercise during the initial period. Follow the medical team's care instructions for each area.
